Woke up at 4:30 this morning with an interesting thought... Instead of keeping a list of people who have wronged you, and what they did. Keep a list of people that you have wronged, and think of something good you could do for them. Maybe that would be something as simple as praying for them. Was a fairly random thought, but I thought I'd post it on here anyway :-) Comments?

Hmm....I agree with the doing something nice part......but I don't know - could be guilt-inducing too. As long as someone isn't trapped feeling like they have to 'make up' for every single wrong thing they've ever done to anyone. As long as it's not a way to make atonement - our atonement has been made.
yeah, that was something that crossed my mind too. Not doing it to make up for doing something although I guess it could easily change to becoming that. Good point
Chris, next time you have one of those thoughts at that dispicable hour, roll over and go back to sleep.
